I don't know what changed recently, but I can't use the fingerprint login. Every time I go to sign in now there is a pop-up saying "Authentication required". Makes it extremely annoying to use the app.

Re-authentication frequently required Horrible app! Requires frequent re-authentication. Enter user ID and password, then enter a security code texted to your phone number. Then they ask you for your phone number to enroll. The same phone number they just sent the security code to. Then you have to reset your fingerprint sign in. If you're lucky, this will continue to work for a few times before you have to be authenticated again. I've reinstalled multiple times. Wish there was another option!

Broken, every time I use the app I have to go through Authorization no matter how many times i safe my info and even used fingerprint access.

I wish I could be this less than one star. The purpose of a bank app is to make things more convenient for the user and this fails tremendously. Not only is logging in a chore, but it only works for balance inquiries (not real time info anyway). The whole point for me getting this app was to deposit my checks without having to go to the bank and this has no check deposits available for my account. Nonsense.
