Extremly useless costumer support, they barely know their application and just want to push you away from the app since tjey don't know how to fix any issues regarding it. Also the application itself is full of issues and bugs what the hell is dgsn error and who can fix it for me, honestly I - an inexperienced 18-year-old would do a better job programming it that whatever company the government paid 2 million bucks for it. Waste of public investment fund.

There seems to be a notable issue that impedes the selection of regions or cities when prompted, which might be attributed either to a technical malfunction or a deliberate design choice aimed at preventing new users from registering. Consequently, this issue obstructs access to "Pass Junes" offers. Moreover, even when an individual possesses an account and seeks to acquire a new membership card that necessitates the selection of regions or cities, the same problem arises

The app doesn't let you create an account, it had a problem with the province input field refusing to hold the selected value, staying empty, then after that (now) it's straight up showing 500 servers error after confirming information extracted from your ID in the account creation process. It s unbelievably frustration i ve been trying to create an account for a month now to no avail.
