😭😭 my cousin came to visit yesterday and when my other cousin came to visit she wasn't able to get a parking pass don't understand this the worst thing ever when family can not come visit without worring if their car is going to be towed because they are unable to get a parking pass to park when we supposed to have visitor parking this makes no sence at all this is the holidays weekend coming up and families how to be scared to visit you.

This app sucks, I tried to use it to register a visitor and at one point it would put the same car on their 3x as if I did it and wouldn't allow me to remove it. There is no customer service because the 512 # in Austin is someone's personal # that never returns calls back, even to say wrong number.
