VIA is unreliable. Even if you're picked up on time, you still get dropped off late because they keep making extra stops. People count on this service for work, doctor's appointments, and meetings, but it doesn't get you there when promised. It's frustrating and not dependable.

The wait times are excessive, and pick-up and drop-off locations are never at the addresses you provide. Passaic County consists of more than just two cities, yet the service only allows travel within Passaic and Clifton, NJ. Additionally, the GPS often takes you on unnecessary scenic routes instead of more efficient paths, resulting in delays if you’re in a hurry. While the concept is good, the execution leaves much to be desired.
