Honestly awesome I don't often like something enough to leave a comment. But I had a different pw program that was easy to use and supposed to easy to restore with a new phone . Not an easy restore process come to find out. Saw this one tried the trial version and two hours later and great customer service I bought the plus version with WiFi . Don't delay trying this. Best app I've had. Thanks kashif for your help and advice!

I had the password 360 lite for several years and really liked it. I upgraded to the Pro version because I didn't want to have to reenter all of my passwords when I upgraded my phone. Although the lite version backed everything up, it would only export and reload up to ten entries...which was an extremely small amount of my listing. Moving on to password 360 plus...although I'm sure the program would work, I cannot get any cooperation from the developer on exactly "how" to get all of my entries from the lite version successfully transferred into the "plus" version, of which I've already paid for. I've tried everything I can think of to copy, export, import, download, transfer the information to no avail. My email to the developer has not been returned after three business days. I will give them one more chance, and then I will be contacting my mobile carrier and contesting the purchase for fraudulent advertising and I will get my $10 bucks back. So disappointing. My low rating is due to the developer's lack of assistance...not necessarily the ease and function of the app itself. UPDATE: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP. GO WITH A DIFFERENT DEVELOPER. I was unable to get any assistance from the developer...ZERO Customer service and Google Play refund policy only allows for IMMEDIATE refunds. ZERO Customer satisfaction there. I am out $10, and hours of my time and now warn others.....this developer and their products are simply not worth the consideration.
