Can't Recover I used this app for a couple of years and was OK but upgrade to a galaxy 7, and now it's telling me that I don't have a master key and I can't Recover it. Now word from the developer to help!

Transfer to new phone Will NOT transfer to a new phone. Would not let me log in on app on new phone. Directions on the website were lacking so emailed for help amd got a bland email back with the website that was already not helpful. Now I have to get a new app and manually enter all passwords again. Hated this app!
