Description by Hugo Gomez(from Google Play)
Pastillero reminds you right on time for every dose, for you or for someone you care for, and keeps a log of what was taken.
A pill box on your phone Each hour of the day is a colored plastic compartment, with its pills drawn by shape: the scored tablet, the two-color capsule, the drop, the syrup. When it's time, the compartment opens and glows. Mark "Taken" and the pill hops out, the lid snaps shut and the compartment dims.
Made to read without glasses Big type, high contrast and wide buttons. Times are set with minus and plus buttons, no typing. Red only shows up for what was truly missed.
Schedules the way the doctor writes them • Set times: once, twice, three times a day or more. • Every 8 hours (or 4, 6, 12, 24...) from the time you choose, even across midnight. • Only some days of the week. • With a start date and a length: "7 days" ends on its own. • Only as needed, with no alarm: log it when you take it.
Alarms that ring High-priority notification with "Taken" and "Snooze 10 min". If nobody answers, after three hours it is logged as not taken. Alarms are rescheduled after a restart, a time or time zone change, or an app update.
Today at a glance A timeline of the day with the status of each dose: pending, taken, off schedule, skipped or not taken. Each dose keeps its real time.
How many are left Keep count of tablets, capsules or milliliters: each dose is subtracted.
Pastillero Pro, one payment For people who care for others. For example: you track your dad's and your daughter's medicines from one phone, each with their own color, and you arrive at the appointment with the report. • Several people. • A 30 or 90 day PDF report for the doctor: adherence per medicine, skipped and off-schedule doses. • Adherence stats: a 13-week calendar and your streak. • Refill reminder with the days you have left based on what is taken. • Backup and restore to a file. Alarms, medicines and the log for one person are free and unlimited.
Your data is yours No account, no ads, no analytics and no internet permission. Everything stays on your phone. On the lock screen the notification does not say which medicine it is.
Important Pastillero is a reminder and a log. It gives no medical advice, does not check doses or interactions, and does not replace the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.
