They used to be good but not now. Have been ordering online for years from them. Unfortunately, My last three order experiences have been bad. Had to follow up multiple times, wait for over a month for simple items like vicks and cotton roll (because they had shipped an already opened roll), and had to explain their app's bugs to multiple individuals to make them understand the customer side pain points. I wish they improve their customer care for online orders.

I placed an order on 1st May 2021. The order reached the FedEx facility madurai on 10th but was not delivered to us. And now it has been return to Coimbatore without having us informed about it. Even after doing a multiple follow-ups with both Pasumai team and FedEx we left with no solution. Do you people even realize how important for patient to have their medicine on time? No one takes the responsibility or the ownership here such the worst service that can ever deliver to a customer.

Worst app.... I ordered with COD, but they call and ask to make Payment first otherwise I cancel you Order. How I believe that guy from Pasumai pharmacy there is a risk for do PAYMENT. Finally, my order Cancel by Ms Gayatri from Pasumai pharmacy One more things I ordered this item from 2 online delivery sites 2 & 2 pieces and I want both items from both sites...... I Explained everything over the call to Ms Gayatri, but she was not agreed, again after some time I recall and confirm my order...
