After 3 tries I managed to beat the game with a dex/charisma build, I had the legendary sword and my dex past 70. So beat the game with a lithe fem boy.

I'm not going to comment on any typos or repeated lines since the author seems to speak English as their second language, so kudos! I will admit I'm only on chapter 11, so I haven't finished the story yet, but I agree with some others that it feels like playing Skyrim. We have our plot and our big bad that we need to fight, but there is so much side questing going on with the only truly consistent things being your partner, horse, and the end goal. I am looking forward to more from the author!

Played the free 4 chapters, true to it promise the game tells a story of a grim hardship life of a squire to knighthood, the overall atmosphere and characters fits with the medieval settings. Decently written, and there are some choices that increase your stat indirectly (usually IF games changes your stats with direct text, just a tidbit. I like it). The last chapter did give me quite demanding & heart-wrenching choice. I wish I made the correct move. Cant wait for more of it. Overall, 10/10

I wanted to like this one, but it's all over the place. As others have stated, the quality of the writing is inconsistent due to the author's lack of familiarity with the language. There are fourth wall elements dragged into the forefront that affect world building. There is a scene early on that is almost a direct copy from The Great Tournament (layout/condition of the stands/ crowd behavior, team names and colors, team fighting style/result, and more). It's just not cohesive.

It is super annoying that strength seems to be way better than dexterity, and it is super infuriating to try and figure out the murder case as I feel like it does not give out nearly enough clues to come to the right conclusion. The stat checks just feel horrible as well making this super annoying to play and constantly having to restart would highly not recommend honestly.

The game started of nicely you start with relatively low states that grow based on decisions. But mid-game at your 50 of any stat it becomes almost impossible to pass any state checks. There's only one romance option, and you have to be a total simp to get with them. The game also either makes you second guess or regret any decisions you make. Over all a bad game coming out of COG. This game brought me nothing but stress, and I hope who ever wrote never puts down the pen and never writes again.
