I don't know why the complaints? The tag is Bluetooth not GPS. A proximity tag. S25 and no battery issues. I paid 3 dollars per QR collar tag and 9.99 for the year to register all my pets. They have no software to install at all. They said super easy, showed my dogs profile, so they know have name and info about health issues behavior to be careful of. Gives you're per a voice. All recent bad reviews if they break out pay for an apple tag. Don't pay 1_3 the price and cry over the function.

We love love this app, and it's a very, very great and best app to track ur fur babies and all kinds of things, and we only bought each tag tracking dog paw scout tags for each of our three fur babies for only $1.96 each at our local Walmart here in Phoenix, Arizona. It's an amazing and easy app that is very easy to figure out and not hard to do to add your fur babies on the app and to track them if lost etc. it's only 0.99¢ for pro and u get everything a month, and it's cheap and good

This is way better than just an engraved tag. With this it's an active network that can be notified immediately in case something happens. And if he gets found I will know as soon as his tag is scanned because the location will show. And it's like $6 for the tag normally it's $10+ for a metal engraved then hopefully there's no wear for the # too hard to read. $0.99 a month for active protection network for my #1 most important companion in the world, easy decision. If you ❤️ your pet = simple

Lost my kitten and the smart tad I received does not show where the tag is on the app. It only tracks your phone. So you will never find your kitty. Usually they don't run far, but can stay hidden for 5 to 7 days he didn't come out for 6 days. So I'm basically saying it's a waste of money and time and worried because this cat wasn't going to let anybody catch them to scan that tag I think it's a shame.

It's more of a social tag than a pet tracker. The tracking part does not give exact locations like other tags. The only way to find a lost pet is if someone finds the pet and scans the tag on the pets collar. You can not navigate to your pet through the app. The app is not compatible with Android phones. The subscription doesn't really give you much extra infact I didn't even notice the difference. This tag is great if you just want the social aspect connecting with other pet owners.
