★★☆☆☆ The experience of the app itself was good. It was light, organized, and Packed with a live chat system. Which is nice. However, the purchasing experience wasn't acceptable, and the staff was unprofessional. After submitting an order, I received a call informs me that I'm out of the delivery zone. Although I made an order before on the same app using the same address. She alleged that this might happen as an exception for you, and that's not true because no one from her team told me this at that time. Later on top of that, I received another call from a guy accusing me that I had a bad attitude with his girl colleague. And I asked him if she told him that I treated her with disrespect, cursed, or insulted her during the call?! The answer was "NO" !!! So why he said this? Because I was angry, and I don't have the right to get angry, don't I?! BTW they mentioned on their website in the FAQ section that they deliver all over Cairo, including Heliopolis, Mahdi... etc. The word "including" must mean that the mentioned cities are just examples. (Learn English first, guys!)
