I didn't even know this existed but Paw Squad are linked to my pet insurance. I got through to an amazing vet relatively quickly and she was amazing. We had a video call. She could look at my cat and how he was behaving and gave me advice.

I have insurance with a partner company. When I try and sign in the app just buffers. I get as far as the 'select a partner' screen and then it freezes. It never lets me enter proof, like a policy number. I'm doing this on a Samsung Galaxy S25 with 256 GB of memory. I can't use the service because the tech doesn't work. I run everything from my phone, so this is immensely frustrating.

Near to impossible to upload photos. Took me over an hour to upload a photo. It is pointless to use the vet app to consult if so complicated to do simple tasks. So all the purpose is lost if you need to use the service via chat or share photos, which in most cases is very important

I've used a few online apps before but this service was absolutely appalling, I hope to never ever use this service again they were beyond incompetent and quite rude
