Clinic reception staff are always helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you are getting the best deal financially. Vet team is understanding and works with clients to find the best solutions. Prices are better than anywhere in the area. Clinic has the most treatment options and the most available scheduling than anywhere else in the area. All the staff make the animals feel comfortable and I am never worried about leaving my pets in their care.

Can't get them to update my email (doesn't let you do it on your own like literally every other company normally would). Vet can't do it either and directs me to HHP "support" & they don't respond. Doesn't even load on my Chromebook & only tried because I can't get the refill request to NOT be where my buttons are at the bottom of the screen on my phone. Half the time it crashes on phone. Ux is poorly designed. I can schedule appointments *sometimes* just... ugh. A phone call is less time.

Doesn't give access to actual vet records like pet parents want. Basically just shows you their rounded weight, what meds they've been prescribed, so you can order more, and what vaccines they are due for. One of our pets had the wrong sex listed, but I can't even edit that myself. This is more for marketing and scheduling, NOT for pet parents to have access to detailed records. I had the app for 10 minutes and now am I installing.
