Just the home screen. Does the Vet need to send an invitation for access? *12/10 update-home screen now appears but when signing up (creating an account) it encounters an error and won't create an account.

Doesn't give access to actual vet records like pet parents want. Basically just shows you their rounded weight, what meds they've been prescribed, so you can order more, and what vaccines they are due for. One of our pets had the wrong sex listed, but I can't even edit that myself. This is more for marketing and scheduling, NOT for pet parents to have access to detailed records. I had the app for 10 minutes and now am I installing.

Can't get them to update my email (doesn't let you do it on your own like literally every other company normally would). Vet can't do it either and directs me to HHP "support" & they don't respond. Doesn't even load on my Chromebook & only tried because I can't get the refill request to NOT be where my buttons are at the bottom of the screen on my phone. Half the time it crashes on phone. Ux is poorly designed. I can schedule appointments *sometimes* just... ugh. A phone call is less time.
