Had some trouble figuring out how to connect my subscription, but a quick message to support got that fixed right away. Tracking works great. Only 4 stars though because the battery went from 100% to 0% in just a few hours. Had to call him home to change it. The other battery is doing better so far so maybe the first one is just faulty

The people who work there are absolutely wonderful and helpful. App is easy to use, and my chihuahua loves it (it can be used for dogs aswell!!😹). Honestly I would 100% recommend, it has changed mine and my dog's life forever 🙉♥️

Can't activate a subscription through the app, so tracker won't work, tried getting a subscription through the website but the site and the app do not connect. Some serious fixes are necessary

If you haven't bought the collar yet, just don't. It's terrible. Could only connect to Wi-Fi with intervention from the helpdesk each time. Our cat refused to email paw track support each time he came in, so powersave-within-wifi-range didn't work, giving a battery life of only 20 hours. GPS pings every 6 mins isn't that useful, and you can't set it lower. The app is basic - diagnostic info is obfuscated, and you can't investigate connection issues yourself. Still waiting on a refund after 8wks.
