Great collar but it's going to be a while before you get it because of covid so just be patient. Also when you go to setup the collar it may not program the first time you try so just take the battery off and put it back on and try the setup again and it should program now. It takes 5 minutes or more so be patient with that to. It's definitely a great collar though.

Very bad experience, since one year I try to get help and try install a collar and explicitly ask to send collars back As it didn't work. Now the company took 110 pound from my account, for what? Now I didn't get an answer from them. What can I do? Where can I claim? They are liars! We will complain!

I bought the collar and a year's subscription up front. When the collar finally arrived, the app fails to recognise I have a valid subscription. Not able to get a response from Pawtrack despite emailing and calling them. I have paid for a collar and subscription that just doesn't work. I cannot recommend this product.
