Works well for me, tool some time to dial in the best settings for the environment. Found with Bluetooth being used in tap or far field it can cause issues if you have verification on, as it's trying to verify against someone else in the area. Also, if using code with far Bluetooth or tap its unclear who's code its wanting. So for us, we use token and code which works well.

Completely unreliable app. Says it's running in the background on my phone. Only worked for 4 days now it doesn't let me in anywhere which is a problem since I work at the facility where it's installed, so I need access at all times. Yes, my Bluetooth is on, no phone is not the problem.

Completely unreliable. It works fine for a day or two and then the problems start, this morning, I presented my phone to the reader and nothing, no beep or anything. Even turning on the phone and opening the app doesn't work. Tried it again this afternoon and the door did beep this time but the light in the reader flashed and the door didn't open. I can't rely on this as my only credential!

The Paxton app no longer works on my Samsung phone. I've re-installed. Still doesn't work. The report fault doesn't work either. Submitted it 3 times without any response!
