Works well for me, tool some time to dial in the best settings for the environment. Found with Bluetooth being used in tap or far field it can cause issues if you have verification on, as it's trying to verify against someone else in the area. Also, if using code with far Bluetooth or tap its unclear who's code its wanting. So for us, we use token and code which works well.

Worse app. Works 30 % of time. Candle wood apartments Springfield IL contacted Paxton key. They said it was because of summer heat. So basically no access to gym or any facilities in summer. And what happens in Southern States. Don't buy license to this product or install it in your facilities!

Our block installed this. Security in the building is now worse than before as anyone from anywhere (abroad etc.) with the app can open the door to let anyone in the building. That is if the app actually works. I use the latest android os & the app alerts me on my phone, but it does not respond to button pushes, so deliveries from Royal Mail have to be picked up instead. A massive waste of money. Avoid if you get asked by your mgmt co. Previous system worked for 25 years with no problems.
