Poorly planned ux for the most critical part of this service-getting to photos. Usually it's photos of receipts but the default gallery is all photos. It should default to camera photos. Moreover, you cannot go back to photos, it goes back to the beginning of app.

I've used Pleo in the past, and it was a lot smoother. Pay hawk doesn't reliably send a notification when you spend and the app itself can take more than 20 seconds to load at times. That's an eternity when you are standing at a checkout. So I find I have to take receipt pictures with the regular camera and go back and attach them later when I have more time. Adds a lot of friction. On the other hand I know it's a lot cheaper than Pleo.

This app is incredibly buggy. When pressing the back button on android native controls it just closes the app rather than going to the previous page. Sometimes it takes forever to load. When auditing expenses, 90% of the time when approving and then automatically loading the next expense, it doesn't load the image with the expense, so you have to leave the page and re-enter the expense page. Reinstalling/deleting cache/storage changes nothing. Very frustrating when you have 100+ to do.

I am having difficulties adding Pay hawk to my Google account. I contacted support. Support person was useless, I told him I am traveling abroad, and I am unable to pay with the card. He said he will get back to me. More than 24 hours later. Nothing.
