My account been under review for more than 3 months. I contacted the customer service they didn't give any solutions there response was "there is no specific timeframe, as each case is reviewed individually."

Continuously under review account, even after provided updated Qatar ID and well maintained credit history. The sad part is receiving all replies from bot through email or WhatsApp channels. Looks like The service providing approach by App has changed completely from providing credit to users without any credit card to completely seizing the account who doesn't possess any credit card and doesn't have any credit history at banking systems. Anyway, It used to be useful, except recent policy change
