★★☆☆☆ هذه الشركة سرقتني ورفضت ارجاع اموالي. يحق للعميل طلب إرجاع الأموال لذلك الشركات تقوم بوضع سياسة إرجاع اموال لتفادي الصراعات ولإرضاء العملاء ولكن يبدو أنكم شركة متخلفة لعدم وضع وتوصيح ذلك في سياستكم لخداع العملاء. وكيف لي أن اعلم أن هذا المبلغ غير مسترد أن لم تقم بذكره في السياسة؟ بما أنك لم تقم بذكره في سياستك يعني من وجهة نظر العميل أن المبلغ قابل للإسترداد, هذه مشكلتكم وخطأكم أنتم للأنكم لم توضحو ذلك في السياسة بالإضافة إلى وزارة التجارة ذكرت ان يحق للمستهلك فسخ العقد خلال ٧ ايام.

★★☆☆☆ Took more than 3 weeks to set up an account, close to 4 weeks. Account setup process requires the filling of a very long multi-page form that also forces you to implement certain policies. Now it is fine if they require you to have these policies, but process is still too complicated. After setting up account, I was charged USD 250 integration then no communication till I sent so many emails nagging. Promise of activation on same day, then nothing. Meanwhile this is peak business season and I am loosing sales because portal is not activated. Sales person responds to email but slowly. Support department, not a single response to multiple emails sent over several days. Started sending emails to support on Thursday, now it is Monday and still no response. A payment portal is the lifeblood of an e-commerce company, we can not afford to wait 5 days with no response from support department when there is a problem. Especially that the problem was to do with site integration and activation and they have already charged USD 250 to set up your account and did nothing on their end. If PayPal works in your country, go for PayPal. Takes 10 minutes to set up an account and your done. PayTabs team, I am willing to be proven wrong, and willing to change my review based on if you actually get me set up ASAP and if your platform actually works as advertised after activation. But so far to date I am extremely disappointing with the entire experience from the complexity of opening the account all the way to not being able to set up. Further more, just to clarify so nobody will assume that issues are due to my incompetence: -I am of IT background and I have done most of the work for building my website on my own. So not technical incompetence on my side -I have set up a PayPal account and it took 10 minutes, so comparison is factual -I have nothing pending on my end for activation, they have confirmed this themselves on their end
