Stopped working out of the blue : "An error has occurred". My money is stuck on the app, and I can't use it. Also note that vague error messages are a bad practice. Recommended fix : use my stolen money to hire decent developers.

Barely works. Machine could not connect for two weeks, sent a message through the in-app system, still no answer after a month. My company management had to contact support directly. Very slow, and sometimes bricks the machine, locking it until a reset from the company. Sometimes payment is taken but items not delivered, sometimes order is completed but nothing happens, then the machine takes payment again, and you are delivered one item... It's a mess.
