The peach pass has saved my life I used to sit in traffic for almost 2 hours driving from Hapeville to Gwinnett County to the sleeping science center I do sleep studies I would have to leave two and a half hours early just to get to work now it's only taking me 40 minutes it has been a true blessing thank you so much

My current experience with the updated app has been problem free and quite convenient. The previous version had multiple issues, but, so far, accessing my account via mobile has been easier than before. I set up the fingerprint login and am able to quickly see my account balance info. Great job guys!

The app is horrible. I have to constantly change my password. It never loads correctly. Changing to non toll mode is a terrible experience. You have to go to another app. The toll prices are exceptionally high, and the app is one of the worst I have ever used. With the costs of the tolls, this app should be extremely user-friendly and work correctly 99 percent of the time.

I am baffled my limiting the passwords to 12 characters. I see in multiple places they mention PCI compliance. This application would be strictly non-compliant if user accounts were in scope (they likely are not). Per Req 8.3.6 the MINIMUM length of a password is 12. The idea of a maximum length required by the DSS is ludicrous and whatever QSA, ISA, or PCIP told you that should be required to be reassessed as they clearly cannot read the requirements. You are blaming PCI for insecure practices.

The app is no longer working. I can't log in it just keeps going back to the login button and when I try to message support it won't work. Your site sucks!!!

Cannot log in. I can log in on the new website, but will not log in on the new app. After several attempts, it locks my account and I have to reset my password. After resetting password, same problem. Unable to use on Android Pixel 7.
