Design is difficult to navigate and not intuitive. Icons are not always labeled and not always clear on what they are for. Settings (like alarm volume) revert to default by themselves. UPDATE: The issue of birds not being recorded seems to be fixed. Automatic recordings can be saved from the playback list into the app's album, then downloaded from the album to your device. I have been very happy with the bird recordings and hope the devs continue to fix issues in the app. Updated to 4 stars.

Does not work at all. I have uninstalled, reinstalled three times. I paid $120 for the bird feeder and it's useless.

I have had nothing but problems with this app. I have uninstalled it, restarted my phone closed out any apps and still nothing. My wife is trying to share her login or videos with me from the same 2yr old phone. I'm done with it. The devise is great and the wife loves sharing the videos with family and friends. For me, the videos stop at :07 seconds every time.

App was ok till the newest update. Very buggy. Scrolling through the album leads to a black screen. No way to download videos saved in your album to your device like there used to be. New layout looks nice but its kinda "chatgpt generate me an app, no bug, perfect" especially when just hitting the live feature takes you back to the old layout, which was never that bad in the first place.
