App CD use refinement. Constantly wrongly identifies birds, been correcting AI for weeks, and still incorrectly identifying birds not even on this continent. Also, sometimes just shows video with no ID tag, after swiping right to correctly identify the bird, the app doesn't add Tag, and there's no ability to manually add a tag. DEV: if the cam records a video, then it should show a tag, it can be blank, or contain a "?" even if AI can't ID it so if I take the time to swipe right it gets a tag.

It allows you to see all of your backyard birds up close and can help you recognize them! I recommend this app to anyone! I have had it since Christmas and have had the most positive experience ever, because this app can change your life and birding experience! I'd say it's the most reliable smart bird feeder!

Started out great but now it will not connect. Will not show moments. Will not connect to support. Now it's just an expensive bird feeder. The camera has blue light on, and I can watch live, but it stopped taking videos

Camera won't stay charged on feeder. Chat advice never works. App mislabels birds. Randomly disconnects. Can't download update. Fun when it works but glad I got the cheapest subscription.

Phone updated and birdfy camera stopped it working & recording bird visits. Extremely disappointed. Birdfy did an upgrade, and it still does not work. No recording.
