This is the most handy app ever for people living in Athens or expats, like me, living abroad but wanting to run errands in Athens! I cannot possibly stress how much it has untied my hands and their customer service is prompt and super helpful! From flowers and cakes for loved ones, groceries for an ailing family member, to transferring legal and medical paperwork this service has been god sent! Thank you and keep it up!

App is very well-built and first time using the service was smooth and professional. Tracked down specific product and delivered it in 45'. Would like to see an option for the delivery to occur at a specific time slot in the future, not right away by default.

I've tried them on several occasions and even though some were positive, there are some trends identified: 1. Driver can't find all the goods by themselves, so they charge you am extra amount to go to a second store, 2. They charge you an extra amount to begin with if you suggest a store where they can find all the goods, 3. Mistakes in orders and payments. I had to ask for refunds on different occasions. 4. Other supermarket apps are a third of the cost and much faster; no reason to use this one
