Maybe I'm missing something or missing more than something but other people I know who have an account with 'that' end of town get notifications straight up when any coin lands in their account. I don't on the app, others with PCCU accounts that have app don't either. I'd much rather be with PCCU as they have been A-1 to deal with in branch and all my banking needs but have I missed some setting or does this app just not send their owners notifications when coin goes in to accounts?

Could we please be able to write a note on transactions? Some transactions will be hard to ID, so to be able to note what the expense was for would be great. Thanks

Very easy to use but would love to be notified when transactions occur. Most other banking apps do it, and I think it should be a feature.

Says invalid pin when I try login each time tried calling and reset the details' password etc. but to no avail so called again done the same loop ,no good. The app works for my partner but for some reason I am unable to login. Piss poor.

Easy to use. The few features that aren't available don't really make a difference to everyday people. EDIT: recently this app has really started to become an issue. There is always something in it that isn't working, or the entire app just won't function. And it's not just me. I had to go into the bank one day and found a line of customers out the door, all needing to access their accounts and all complaining about the app. I have lowered my rating, the company really needs to sort this out

Whenever I try to approve a transaction the app says "failed to send response." Then when I use a secure code instead, it says it has 22 seconds left then changes... amateur.
