I have just jumped over to the new app. Not bad, but I have one major complaint. Instead of displaying my balance, it displays my balance+overdraft. That is just dumb! I want to see my balance please – my actual unadulterated balance. Overdraft should be displayed somewhere else. Otherwise, it is confusing.

So far it's the only banking app that works smoothly on my phone. It seems user-friendly. I'm particularly happy with the pay anyone function. I use it for wor social transactions and personal banking, but it's fit for purpose.

Loving the app and had zero dramas with the switch over :). Only feed back: when you select an account, and it opens to the transactions, and it has the details button, could a transfer button be next to that?

I regret installing this app. Peoples Choice app was way better and im already sick and tired of the sign in. might be time to change bank.

The new app is a huge downgrade from the old app. Poor layout, poor responsiveness, less info, fewer features. No longer displays balance totals after each transaction. Can't rearrange account order on home screen. No longer shows an overdraft limit in loan accounts. Not saving my pin login meaning I have to use member number, password and 2FA every time. Didn't transfer payee details. And this is after about 10 minutes of using it, probably even more missing.
