The unique & personable experiences that the app offers is what puts this banking app above all the rest. There's fun quizzes to learn more about my spending/saving habits, followed by ways to help. Then there are quizzes that give you knowledge on finances. You think you know everything, until you realize what you thought you knew is actually wrong. The advanced paycheck benefit is not like any other I've tried. No hidden fees, loans, charges, etc. Even for atms! 10/10, recommended!

As soon as I added money and started using the card transactions declined and suddenly the card is restricted with my money in the account. I want my money out of this card. I never had this happen with any of the cards I own

DO NOT USE. They are not reputable. They processed an ACH transaction knowing that there was no money in the account. My account was debited internally after the ACH transaction was already returned. This resulted in my positive balance becoming a negative balance. My account is still 30 days after the fact in temporary suspension status. I requested my account to be closed, and they have not closed it. It's been well over 30 days, and they're not abiding by law. RUN!!!!

I am so freaking disappointed about this Bank app if you transfer money they restrict the debit card if you use the debit card with cash app it restricted debit card, and you got to go to the damn process to confirm that you made those transactions.

DO NOT trust them with your money!!! After a routine transaction my account was suspended indefinitely for a fraud alert. No amount of proof would convince them I was the account holder and there were no fraudulent transactions. They kept $334 of my money and told me there's nothing I can do about it. This company makes their money by stealing it from account holders. They are a fraudulent organization. They owe me $334.
