★★★★★ Very handy, but. Many notifications never arrive, freezes at time, slow, no copy dunction

★★★★★ Extremely useful for communicating with colleagues and easily changing your call schedule. Need to give this app to the nurses also, so we can have easy two-way communication for patient care. Currently, nurses are not allowed to have this app on their cell phone, and they have to use Hospital computers to receive the messages from us, or we have to call them. Callbacks are easily missed by the nurses as either they are busy taking care of patients in the rooms, or they're on break.

★★☆☆☆ Crashes constantly, have to uninstall and reinstall daily, push notifications often do not go through if my phone is idle, even if settings are correct.

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't consistently push notifications. It will fail to send a message & reminders until I receive the reminder phone call & then I get all messages with original time stamps. That makes it look like I got the messages on time when I didn't. I have contacted PS multiple times & they tell me it's working & close the issue as resolved without a fix. Problematic app, not helpful support, & marginal customer service. If my health system didn't demand it I would drop this app immediately.
