Perks SUCKS!! I had hundreds of thousands of viggle points when perk took over viggle, which caused me to lose a significant amount of value to the time and commitment i had put into earning those points, since perk downgraded the value tremendously, which was the first disappointment. Now to lose all my points because i was "inactive" for a short period of time is strike 2. Customer service not willing to help loyal customers out is strike 3. DON'T support the perk community since they don't support their loyal users!

I hate the rigged system that's in play on the prizes and how the count down goes from 3 to 6 back down to 2 then up to 5 and it just goes on and on forever so you waste what you had saved up...
