What an experience! I was gifted some sessions, otherwise it would have not occurred to me to try this, especially the cold plunge! I am so thankful I did! I've been just once and am blown away with how much better I feel! The staff here is so warm, kind, informative and helpful, and the space is absolutely gorgeous. If you're curious about contrast therapy, this is the place to go!

Bad UX. Bad integration. This app lets you book appointments only at the location where you paid the membership fees. If you wish to go to any other location, you have to call and make the appointment every time. Otherwise, you have to pay extra if you schedule it via the app. It took them forever to put in a pop-up that warns the user of the late fee during cancelation. The past sessions show up under the upcoming session tab.

No one wants another app, let me schedule on the website, lucky this is the only cold plunge place around will he switch the moment you have competition. So tired of everything forcing me to have an app.
