ISI is similar to getting a workout with a trainer every day of the week. You just don't pay that daily fee. I give a big Yes! To this gym.

Glitchy. When I open the app it flashes and the loading wheel spins. I am unable to book sessions or see anything beyond the home page.

Does its job for basic functionality. However, it is missing notifications and notification settings for upcoming workout prior to a workout. Also, should have notification for no show fees as sometimes those get logged incorrectly and a way to communicate back to a location for basic communications but also to dispute no show fees that get logged incorrectly.
