The UX of the app is really bad. There are no product ratings. Delivery time is extremely high. Customer service is bad. I needed shoes for my sangeet function. They promised to deliver 2 days before the event. The shoes were delivered after the event. The customer support agent's reply was that it got delayed because of a Sunday in between. How could that be an unexpected delay!!! Anyone shopping for critical stuff for their wedding shouldn't rely on Persia's. Order directly from the vendor.

I saw online that both items are going to be delivered late for the functions so asked to cancel both the products as they wouldn't reach on time for the function. I got a call from their sales team that it will reach me on time for the function. I received the product on 14th feb for the 17th Feb on 18th Feb I saw this shocking reply that on sale items we don't take items return. We can help you with fitting if needed. U never told me this when you were sending the item Early nor on the website.

The App is disappointingly slow. Had brought this issue to the notice of Persia many times and it's sad that till date this issue hasn't been rectified. The products do not load at all quickly and many times they don't display at all. I have tried changing phones and even with the latest phone this app is sickly slow.
