I don't know why banking applications have such bad design to torture you into using passwords easily rememberable or to go through hell to log in, but that person deciding this is a good idea must be fired. It's ridiculous to pay banks to receive this. A non-functional site on mobile and an application that is almost impossible to log in if you need an activation code because it will keep restarting when you get back in it.
