The app allows you access Peterson Academy's terrific content on the go. The courses are top-notch. Stop doom scrolling on social media and educate yourself using PA.

Peterson Academy is unlike any online University and community you will find. Come be a part of a positive, civilized, upward-aiming community of students from all across the world. The high-quality lectures, the social media aspect, the constantly improving features, the intellectual community looking to self-improve and achieve higher, all make for a top-notch online experience and alternative to higher education.

Here's the disagreeable conscientious person doing what we do. Absolutely love everything Peterson related. However, I got this app on Christmas and even with the update it remains useless, the only way any video or audio works sometimes is if I leave my phone open and the video playing. Otherwise multiple apps open up playing the same audio together, or the app freezes and goes black all together, or the app just freezes. I listen to podcasts, audiobooks, and now these lectures on my commute.

Feels less like a serious academic institution and more like a product built around a particular worldview. I expected a structured educational platform, but found an app lacking the rigor, organization, and academic standards I associate with higher education. The heavy religious framing is also not what I look for in education. I want science, evidence, and peer-reviewed research—not personal interpretations presented as learning. Overall, this feels more like ideology than education.

Needs download options for audio only, love the content though

EDIT: App is unusable. I will be asking for my money back. I will continue using PA as it has obvious intrinsic value... that said you guys really need to get your act together. The UI of the app is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced among media players. Especially as obvious as it is that effort has been put in, just in the entirely wrong direction. The inability to use this app as a functional media player as I would with Audible or YT Music is so drastic.
