Cannot get notifications, including that my pet did not get fed because the feeder was blocked. This is after I ensured notifications were set up properly. Can no longer modify feeder schedules for some reason (can't add, modify, or delete feedings!)

This app is horrible and this company is awful. I have two different feeders, but both the same type, that use this app and the other app "Pettier" (not lite). This one keep resetting my cats feeding schedule, and doesn't notify me about anything. It does this randomly. Contacted customer service several times, only told I had to buy a new unit WHEN LISTINGS DID NOT DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN VERSIONS OF APP. Finally fed up. Ridiculous company.
