I wasn't sure about automatic pet feeders at first, but after using it for a few years, it was a good investment. The app, however, feels and looks slightly outdated and buggy on very rare occasions. The feeder can randomly disconnect from Wi-Fi, and it takes ages to reconnect. However, once these issues are fixed, the app itself has a few useful functions, like timers for feeders as well as the amounts of portions to be poured down at specific times. Not bad, but could be better.

Stopped getting notifications. Can't add new feeding schedules or change existing ones! Can't even restart/turn on the vacation settings that are already programmed in the app. If this is how the company wants me to buy a replacement feeder, I will be certain not to purchase a Pettier feeder in the future.

Have struggled with trying to change feeding schedule since I've had the products (two Wi-Fi feeder models with cameras that I got about 3 years ago). Feeders release food sporadically resulting in weeks of far too few feedings and then weeks of way too many feedings which cant be solved through the app since it simply doesn't respond to schedule changes. Very frustrating. Occasionally when I reset both feeders and delete and re-download the app it works, but that is only for a matter of time
