This app works great for my needs! I don't use all the fancy features, but their core functions are solid. It reliably operates my wet food auto feeder, cameras, and water fountain. The timezone is preserved despite travel, which is a thoughtful touch. I can always access my camera feed, and my connectivity for all devices is stable (even during international travel). Not sure why others have less stable experiences, but I've been using these products for 1+ years and am very happy with them!

When their system went down and my Pettier RFID automatic feeders stopped working, they were super helpful! I really appreciated how fast they responded to my questions and helped me troubleshoot once they resolved the issue on their end. They even tried to help me when I asked about my Pettier Dock stream water fountain leaking. Thankfully the issues were all resolved and everything is back to normal. My Pettier products make my busy life a little more manageable & I worry less about my cats.

You guys really need to change the way for Wi-Fi updating, what do you mean I have to lose all my data on each device and add it all again for 4 different devices. Its very tedious and it cannot be that hard to allow a Wi-Fi name and password update without deleting. I like you devices but this is ridiculous Edit: My feeding schedules actually don't save on my wet feeders which makes it extra annoying to start a schedule in the middle of the day because I have to make a new one just for that day

Don't rely on PETTIER when you leave your pets alone. They say that schedules are localy stored, but if the app is down, your devices will stop working.

Device is unusable. I can't change the date on the meal schedule, so I have no way to set the feeder.

Any one else having issues? I now domt get notifications. I had a friend keep an eye put, and they told me my cat went to the fountain twice for a drink, but I got no notifications. Like freaking me out.
