Works well with the Wi-Fi feeder and fountain. Quite a bit of nagging for a subscription but core functionality is there at the free tier.

Calibration still seems a little bit off, as when I fill the water up to the max line, the app shows only about 80% full. Also, the notifications are not grouped on Android. Yesterday, I received a notification that a new firmware 1.1.11 was available, so I upgraded to it from 1.1.6. Today, when I open the app, it tells me "new firmware available" and asks me to "update" from 1.1.11 to 1.1.6, which is actually downgrading back to the older version... 🤦♂️

Excellent product & app interface - I've recommended these autofeeders to many friends! IME customer service has been promptly responsive when I've had a problem (user error, oops!) PETTIER: please do not ruin the app with obnoxious in-app advertising! To other user: look into "DNS ad blocking" the fact that these autofeeders operate without a subscription & and without requiring personal data is a huge selling point for me.

Works great, for the most part. The main issue is that I cannot figure out how to clear notifications, or if there is some notification that I just cannot find. It makes it so that I don't know when I have an actual notification.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! I spent roughly 2-3 hours trying to connect the Camera Feeder with no success. The app is fundamentally broken. I paired my Pettier camera feeder device in 2 minutes using Tuya's "Smart Life" app. The Pettier camera feeder PLAF203 is built on a hardware platform designed by Tuya. Tuya's Smart Life app works perfect with this device. Do a Google search for "connect your Pettier PLAF203 to the Smart Life app". Other Pettier devices may work too. Save yourself the headache!

This app requires an account and pushes the user to subscribe for many useless features. It also sends me a ridiculous amount of notifications that I can't disable. Why can't I disable notifications telling me what some vets have to say about the right amount of food for my pet? I already give my pet the right amount of food. I just want to know if the feeder gets jammed or is empty. I'm on the verge of returning this feeder

There is a persistent pop-up that tries to upsell some subscription product in this app you have to use for their feeder to work. Look elsewhere if you haven't bought the feeder yet. Edit: The ads just keep getting worse.
