When their system went down and my Pettier RFID automatic feeders stopped working, they were super helpful! I really appreciated how fast they responded to my questions and helped me troubleshoot once they resolved the issue on their end. They even tried to help me when I asked about my Pettier Dock stream water fountain leaking. Thankfully the issues were all resolved and everything is back to normal. My Pettier products make my busy life a little more manageable & I worry less about my cats.

My girls, Dolly & Stormy, have adapted to using their new Pettier water system. Stormy is overly nosey, very outgoing, used her paw, threw some water around, then took a drink. Dolly is reserved, shy, & leery, she approached with cation, but took a drink. I have tried a few water systems, my girls never went near them. PETTIER is quiet, turns on when they go for a drink, no cords, its wireless, and I can track their water intake. I love it, and I'm going to buy the dry & wet food systems next

Excellent product & app interface - I've recommended these autofeeders to many friends! IME customer service has been promptly responsive when I've had a problem (user error, oops!) PETTIER: please do not ruin the app with obnoxious in-app advertising! To other user: look into "DNS ad blocking" the fact that these autofeeders operate without a subscription & and without requiring personal data is a huge selling point for me.

WTH! I updated the app 2 days ago, been using it fine these two days, setting up schedules and it feeding. I go into it now to see what the status is and the app resets and deletes the device! Now I have to add it again, but, catch, I'm not at home! Idots! Ever done any testing!? And again! Go into the app & it deletes the device! Point of app is to chill food & be remote. That includes being able to open/close the feeder ahead of schedule if need be, can't if you keep deleting the device!

Very disappointed. My cats were starving due to a recent Pettier service outage even though they confidently reassured everyone that the feeders would still function locally. I bought these specifically with the safety in mind that should the Internet or power go out, the feeders would still function. Clearly this is a lie. My cats didn't get fed for who knows how many meals. I've lost trust in this company and will be switching to a different brand.
