I don't quite understand what the bad reviews are all about. The app works fine. My only complaints with this feeder so far is that they should have just had one design that could be both a single or two cat feeder. I bought mine before I knew there was a two cat model... and it should come with an extra stainless tray, so you can swap them toss it in the dishwasher. - So far so good... will update if I have issues.

Works great as expected. Food lasts a long time & and my cat knows exactly when to go down when she hears the tinkle of the food hitting the dish. We took off the voice because it was too disruptive

The feeders are great, but the app is poor. Despite having disabled them, I keep getting notifications every time my feeder dispenses food, which is multiple times a day. These notifications drown out the actual notifications that I want to receive (out of water/food, maintenance, error messages, etc.). The feeders are solid, but the overall experience is not up to the premium I paid for them. Hoping that these software issues can be resolved in the future.

$100 for a manual feeder that I can't control the portion size? Thanks Pettier. The app won't recognize the feeder or Wi-Fi and the feeder doesn't broadcast Bluetooth. Total waste of time and money.

Irritated that I bought an automatic feeder and now for it to be "automatic" I have to pay MORE money on top of the $150 I already paid for the dang thing. Nowhere in the description of the device does it say you have to pay a subscription in order to use the scheduled feedings! So it's NOT automatic. This is a trash company that lies to get your money. Disappointing
