5 stars for the company and their team! They are so helpful and incredibly responsive. This system has completely changed the game for my business. Keeping scheduling, communication, invoicing, all in one place is amazing. The actual app itself from an operator standpoint needs some improvements for sure. But its mostly intuitive, and it keeps everything in one place. Lately ive been experiencing lots of glitches and running into issues. But the online program via web page is working fine.

I've used Pet Pocketbook on Android for about a year, and while it's always been glitchy, it's now almost unusable. The app constantly freezes, crashes, or won't even open. If I do get in, I can usually complete one task before it crashes again. As a pet care professional, this makes it difficult to send photos, GPS updates, visit notes, and complete visits on time, which affects both my schedule and my clients' experience. We've reported these issues multiple times, but nothing has improved.

Honestly, this app shouldn't exist. It's useless for pet sitters. I can't make updates. I can't schedule bookings. I can't edit invoices. The list could go on forever with what a sitter can't do. With this last update it changed something in the app where I can't even click on the daily bookings to "complete" them anymore. Which was pretty much the only thing a sitter could accomplish on this app. I just uninstalled this app. Save yourself the migraine don't download this.

This app is the worst. Constantly glitching out, not letting you finish visits, and the GPS on in the background ALL THE TIME regardless of if you are on a visit, constantly using your battery. If it weren't for my job, I would have stopped using this a long time ago.
