Very difficult company to connect to. Live chat refers you to customer service. They refer back to live chat. I want to make one edit to my details. It is easier to talk to Inland Revenue then Pets at Home....

Very slow loading. Checkout was a pain - tried paying with Google Pay several times and didn't work. PayPal worked in the end.

It used to be a shop, you give them money, get the product and it's done. Now it turned into personal data thief. Most categories at the end of list of simingly benign info they collect state "and other info". So they can, and surely do, collect all sort of data regardless if you want to share or not. It is a fricking shop !!! Why would I give the shop my date of birth, my financial situation, my email address etc. !?! Or even my postal address if I am not placing any orders to be delivered ?!?

Not enough information regarding contacting you ref failed delivery etc. or half delivery one day and then next delivery was to number 3 which the lady could not carry. No online chat available either.
