Check out the bulk buys and use your app vouchers to save yourself money where possible. By buying Lilys kitchen dry food in bulk virtually halves the cost giving our Border Collie fabulous quality food at a sensible price.

It would be a good app if it had the capacity to deal with the volume of use. If you can access it, it hangs, is extremely slow and will randomly throw you out. Having placed orders, the basket doesn't register everything and time of day does not seem to have an effect on the slowness. In the shop you can't access your discounts to use them due to the problems. This is apparently a known problem as the shop staff agree when you comment.

Used the monthly plan flea treatment spent alot of money over the years only for my animals to regularly get fleas! They do not work. The active ingredients in these treatments has lost its potency against fleas. Only vet treatment will properly work as the new stuff they have fleas have 0 protection against

First time using pets at home app ordered some food for our puppy and the delivery arrived to find that it was 9 puppy food pouches short so after going on the app verifying my name dogs name email ect they agreed to send the 9 pouches out they arrived but only eight so did not get what I paid for and will not use the app again very unprofessional.
