It does what you want it to do. Direct messages are combined with the Facebook profiles like on the website when using a computer.

I like this app. It is a little slow when loading, but it's not too bad. There is a quirk, and I'm not sure if it's a settings issue or not. When I open the app from notifications (either pushed to my device or in the app itself), if I click on a picture in a post, it opens in the app viewer with a download button. If I open the app, scroll my newsfeed and click on a picture, it opens in a web browser? Is this just how the app is or is there a setting I'm missing? I prefer the app's viewer.
