Rubbish asks for a pin I don't know what pin it means so can't use it !!! Sort it out replying to you, I have got 4 alexa devices it's not the device that's the problem it's the app

It sucks! I had it with my old phone, and it was great, I could tell alexa to find my device weather it was on silent or not. When I got a new phone I tried to remove my old phone and put my new phone on but it's not working. Since I can only have two devices on it and cannot remove anything I cannot add my new phone and cannot remove my old phone or tablet. This is not user-friendly at all, best piece of advice avoid this and get something else!!!
