The app seems to not have many problems other than the fact that I'm getting my #2 attempt notification as my first notification. I have the push notification on, but it never pops up on my phone. Which is a pixel 4. App is always updated. Does anyone else have this issue?

Was working fine, then it stopped. Tried to uninstall and reinstall to see if that would make it work again. But still getting the message that it's not working.
