Very good But one change is very important, that changing the date and cancelling the ticket should also be done within the app, because in Qatar Airways, all these facilities can be done automatically in the app.

Do NOT fly with PIA. I bought a ticket in Mar '26, the flight was cancelled without reason or a refund arrangement. The refund is only processed when I brought Malaysian Civil Aviation Authority into the matter. The whole process took 6 months of back and forth emailing, with PIA staff giving empty assurances and non-answers throughout. Shame on Pakistan for having such a national airline.

Its humble request to have talented and capable staff especially those are working on indirect flights adjustment. I was shocked to seen connected flight (Departure 21:30 2nd Jan DXB - Arrival 00:35 2nd Jan Karachi and then connected Departure 14:40 2nd Jan Karachi - Arrival 16:25 2nd Jan Faisalabad). Looks like the staff hold 2nd Jan in his pocket and is using 2 days from DXB to Faisalabad onwards. What a joker staff working there. And because of these tickets could not book.
