It's the worst airline. I booked the ticket online myself, but due to the war situation, the airline canceled the flight Now I want to refund my ticket I send email for refunding my ticket and talk with helpline but still not send my money

Not worth traveling. They keep canceling your booked flights. PIA is overstaffed, inefficient and needs to be privatized.

Its humble request to have talented and capable staff especially those are working on indirect flights adjustment. I was shocked to seen connected flight (Departure 21:30 2nd Jan DXB - Arrival 00:35 2nd Jan Karachi and then connected Departure 14:40 2nd Jan Karachi - Arrival 16:25 2nd Jan Faisalabad). Looks like the staff hold 2nd Jan in his pocket and is using 2 days from DXB to Faisalabad onwards. What a joker staff working there. And because of these tickets could not book.
