The service could improve in letting me know that an item is sold out before checkout instead of refunding me when already the order is packed and out for delivery. This doesn't give me an option to buy a replacement. Some items go hand-in-hand especially for cooking and baking recipes, so if any item is missing then the whole plan is messed up.

I had an issue to log missing and damaged items on the app. Pick n Pay responded immediately and the app and issue with the product were resolved immediately.

Their service is terrible. They take money for the whole order, and they don't deliver all items that were ordered. After making numerous calls to get my refund, I only received a partial refund. I can not even get my money out of the PnP app into my bank account. It's been more than a week since I tried cashing out, and the money is still just sitting in the wallet. I honestly feel PnP ASAP is a scam. After they aggravate you with the incorrect order, they refuse to give you back your own money.

Completely terrible service. Orders takes hours to be delivered the same day and sometimes a day later from a shop 5 km away. Absolutely no communication, no support on the app. Your order gets delivered if and when they want. This is worse online delivery app. LEARN FROM BEST SPAR / WOOLIES / CHECKERS.
