I love using the app — it's very convenient. However, I don't usually use the top-up feature because I prefer to pay by card. My only hope is that the app would allow me to apply my remaining 'pick up cash' balance when placing an order, with the rest charged to my card. That way, the balance won't just sit there unused

The app is fine but the 2 stores I have experienced ordering is not. First store, they gave the wrong order, and I already realized it at home since I have it take out. Next I gave them another chance but this time, it's their store outside the mall through grab, and they sent me wrong order again. I ordered the one with the kids friendly tag to make sure there's no caffeine but lo and behold, first sip, and I knew something's off. Instead of sea salt biscoff milk, I received the one with coffee.

The app sometimes doesn't inform you if the branch is far from you or doesn't pin the nearest pickup coffee for you. Happened to me several times and didn't get my order due to wrong location

This was my very first time ordering, and it was a terrible experience. I paid online, but the app marked my coffee as 'delivered' even though I never received anything. The rider cannot be reached, and customer support is completely unresponsive. Extremely disappointing.
