The taste is exquisitely savory, but the boba pearls weren't fully cooked. When I tried to chew them, some was so hard that it chipped my tooth😭. Still, their coffee is delicious. Maybe next time I'll order na hindi mas early, so the staff has more time to get everything ready. Ciao🤞🏼

Fortunately, the branch to which I ordered mine have kind cashier and barista. The USC-main branch barista and cashier accommodated us directly when we went to the store to personally complain about the wrong item that we received. It made my day because I am a frequent customer so the barista recognized me directly and responds to our complaint in a minute. We didn't even wait that long, so yeah, it was by far the greatest customer service experience I've had.

There should be CANCELLATION of order option since location system of the app sometimes don't work okay. Update: CSR was helpful and was able to get a refund. And there's a cancellation option now

Sept 7 I emailed the contact support for the 2 drinks that was wrong delivered, sept. 8 they replied and thanking me for reaching out. Today is sept. 12 and never been heard from them. I don't know if they will refund it, I cannot contact the branch, the rider was not answering me, I have no choice but to receive it because it was already paid. The kids did not drink it ots supposed to be 2 brown sugar bobba milk but they deliveres brown sugar latte. A waste of money. Im so disappointed.

My order was cancelled, and they said they will issue a refund, but it's been 1 week already, and they did not send the refund yet, I already contacted the customer service, yet still no response.

Reported (through the e-mail) an incorrect order delivered. Yup they acknowledged it, said thank you for raising it, but no explanation. Just an apology. That's it. Oh well. Also, my delivery orders get cancelled about 7 out of 10 times that I tried ordering delivery and through different branches and different times of the day. IDK what the issue is because they don't tell you. They just cancel it. I don't even order during rainy days and only when the weather is good.
