Overall the app is good, it makes it easier for me to order ahead of time. My concern is about the points that I didn't get to earn after buying on the app using my gcash. I've already emailed your customer service, and I'm waiting for a response. I hope you will have an answer to my concern. (I got my points now, my email has been seen).

I top up for 1000 pesos, and it was successful. However, it didn't reflect on my account. So, I emailed them and used the form as well to raise this concern. It's so horrible that I didn't get any assistance for one week now. They used to be good, but now it's so disappointing that they stole money from people and ignored their loyal customer's concern. Will never use this scammer's app anymore.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding a very disappointing experience I had with your ordering app earlier today. I was literally standing in front of your Pickup Coffee branch in Morong, Rizal when I placed an order through the app. The app asked me to turn on my location so that it could recommend the nearest branch. I allowed location access and proceeded with my order, assuming that the app would correctly identify the branch closest to my current location.
