The app is fine but the 2 stores I have experienced ordering is not. First store, they gave the wrong order, and I already realized it at home since I have it take out. Next I gave them another chance but this time, it's their store outside the mall through grab, and they sent me wrong order again. I ordered the one with the kids friendly tag to make sure there's no caffeine but lo and behold, first sip, and I knew something's off. Instead of sea salt biscoff milk, I received the one with coffee.

App Feedback The new update is not very user-friendly. I selected a specific branch, but after changing my address, the app automatically resets the branch to a default one. The location also automatically changes to my current location. This can be a problem if I’m ordering for someone else or ordering while I’m away from the delivery address. For example, I may want to have an order delivered to a friend or family member at a different location, but the app keeps switching back to my current
