Great app and use regularly when booking cinema tickets. But would also benefit from having the option to register a gift card.

Good but... I use this app all the time and like it, but two things annoy me. 1. I can't leave the payment screen to access my credit card details without the app throwing me back to the start booking screen. 2. Bookings made on my tablet can't be accessed on my phone. Fix those two gripes, and you've a 5-star app.

Don't like the change to the app where you can't see which screen the movie is in, without clicking on every showing, due to disability can only use certain screens and no option to use privilege points to buy tickets otherwise great app

Before update was able to use app now won't let me use it to book tickets

Multiple attempts to purchase tickets over the last few months, different error message every time. App falls over when trying to pay with PayPal and then says the showing is unavailable when trying to pay by card.
★★☆☆☆Paul Dawson· Feb 29, 2024
The search for films and seats is easy to use, but as many others have said, always have issues with payment. PayPal, debit or credit card, nothing works unless you put all the details in again, a bit frustrating 😕
★★☆☆☆George Heywood· Oct 17, 2024
The booking system kicks you out with an error message every time I try and pay, meaning I have to book via the website. This has been happening for a while now.
