Pilatify classes are aimed at those who are 50+ and offer a range of options within the class so you can tailor the workout to your body. Your teacher Claire has 10 years experience of teaching Pilates, and 4 years experience of teaching Pilates online. Her manner is easy-going and encouraging, her classes are creative without being rushed, and provide the perfect blend of strengthening, stretching and mobility work.

Excellent Pilates app, two live classes per week, all recorded if times not convenient. Lots of videos of various lengths. Instructions are really clear, so you don't have to crane your neck to look at the screen. Exercises are varied and kept fun. Can't rate highly enough.
