Very poor app and pin code management idea is good but too limited service to sell online available in only big cities even though we are providing our own delivery service we don't need your delivery service the small local store can deliver orders I think, so you can't survive with big companies like Twiggy Instacart, blink it

For last 3 days I don't know what it is ur app won't work I have tried restarting my phone, airplane mode on/off, Wi-Fi & even trying to use data from different Sim how am I supposed to pack orders or do audit if it won't load & it's definitely not my phones' problem. If it were then apps like Instagram wouldn't work properly, but it is way smoother than pin code business app please do something it's irritating 😑 having 4 orders pending but u can't pack because PB APP is having server issue.

Worst app for sellers as they charge too much commission that the seller always ends in loss and whenever the customer complaint they directly charge the seller whole amount without returning the sold item.
