Excellent! Amazingly powerful. ATM cards are obsoleted by the app. You opened an account in minutes and sent funds to it, and you can use the app as a scanner to scan the QR code on the ATM you are working with, and the app instructs the ATM to spit out the cash you requested. So smart.

After opening the app, it jumped to important notice and asked me to contact hotline. And the hotline told me to use another phone to login instead of helping me to solve my phone issue. Does the pao bank app support android 16?

Very amateur app that addresses security ineffectively. It requires a sophisticated password which is ok. However, the keyboard for entering password is very insensitive with no haptic feedback. The worst is transfer function. It does not allow user to add or register payees, & withdrawal limits setting apply to ALL payees, which is poor design. It should allow user to register payees & set higher transfer limits for registered payees & lower limit for occasional payees.

Took forever and multiple tries to scan my HKID then took 2 days to send me one message telling me that the bank account opening cannot be proceeded without any reasons given. I gave up and asked to close the account which again is not instant and told me that the customer service will give a contact regarding this within 3 days. What is the advantage of a virtual bank if all will take days to process??? I'm not going to try anymore, the worst experience among all virtual banks I have tried.

Often requires face recognition and doing some stupid responses to the camera when transferred. What a waste of time when you're in a rush. The developers should try using face recognition in the public to understand how stupid this is.
