Hi, the camera feature is good and awesome👍👍👍, can use anywhere, but the application for mobile and pc always crash Wi-Fi connection and always lags or delay the actual video. Hope this will fix ASAP. The camera is so good.

Have to turn off cellular data in order to connect I finally got it to connect by turning off the cellular data on my phone and restarting the app. Giving a review of 4 stars for lack of support from Kodak. This should be the first thing you tell customers.

I love the camera and app. However, the app can get a little temperamental sometimes. When that happens I unstable and reinstall it to make sure I have the latest version with all the fixes.

(Android/PC) None of the Wi-Fi connection instructions work. Instructions to upgrade firmware don't make sense. Can connect phone to camera's Wi-Fi, but the app never confirms connection or recognizes connected camera.

Can't get it connected over Wi-Fi or NFC... app is super glitchy, was hoping for a similar experience to the Rico Theta S app which is brilliant in comparison - fix the software Kodak! That's the key to getting us to buy your cameras!
