It's 30 day Planka Challenge and no excuse!

You'll start from as little as 20 sec and day by day you'll get to 5 min. You will have 4 days for rest in this course.
Once you have started your first day, the Challenge is started. If you miss one or more days of training, the Challenge will be over and you have to start all over.
